I have a fierce love of working with people and sharing my true passion with them. I’ve had plenty of experience working with students of all levels and skills - from beginners to advanced.

I have taught cello for the past sixteen years and currently teach at the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, Music Institute of Long Island, and at my private studio in Brooklyn.  I completed the two-year Suzuki Teacher Training program at The School for Strings in New York under the tutelage of Pamela Devenport, completing Units 1-8, and continued at the LA Suzuki Institute with Avi Friedlander, Units 9/10.  Having grown up with the traditional method, my approach to teaching is a combination of the strengths of both methods.

No matter who I’m teaching, I thrive on seeing my students grow and develop by giving them the tools they need to get the most enjoyment from playing their instrument as they discover what they can achieve.
